Up the votes needed to !ff in LTD.

As we can see there's been quite a few "!ff" abuse ban requests lately. Why don't we have it be 4/4 votes needed? Can't think of a single place where 3/4 is better since if the 4'th wants to play he can just file a ban request against the 3 others and they get banned. Would just make it easier for everyone.

being technically the other team can report the other team for ff as well.

There's not really a need for this. A team which wants to forfeit under legitimate circumstances can just as easily have someone blatantly refusing to do so.

Overall, the forfeit command still requires a majority of the team vote and therefor will stay that way. Abuse cases aren't as common as they've been recently, and are usually under unique situations.
