Please revise your rules on draw in HellhaltTD

Please make draws mandatory if level 1 or 2 and some asshole leaves or gets votekicked for afk. I don't want to be stuck in a 2v3 game because the other team and my idiot teammate refuses to draw.

What happens when a team's rolls suck and one of them decides to leave so they won't lose any elo? How can we prevent, monitor or even identify this potential abuse with certainty?

There have been several suggestions/discussions on the matter of forcing a draw under specific circumstances, but the problems this would create are always worse than the ones it would solve, therefore, suggestions as this have not been implemented.
