To be honest I have seen games were people don't kick a feeder from the other team because he is keeping them ahead. I personally think votekick should be for a team only. 4 people on your team have to vote for it. There should be no reason why you have to relay on another team to votekick a 0-9 1-9 2-7 feeder. because 99% of the time they wont kick him.

my suggestion is that votekick should be for teams only not all 9 players.

I agree to not change it to base on team to votekick. People definitely going to abuse it votekick. And sometimes they are just new player that trying to learn the game. But I also agree to votekick on intentional feeder instead of 9 ppl to agree to votekick there should be like 7 ppl most agree to votekick. Because there always 1 or 2 asshole takes the advantage.

yes, you can req. ban for intentional feeder n ppl not willing to vk. but because of a feeder that can cause lost of a game. and cause huge lost of elo to high rank players. will hurt alot.

So i see, people are suppose to lose 25 elo for a person feeding 0-9? because the other team has control over your team. how is that fair one bit? please explain

I do see his point, however, I do not fully agree. Yes votekick abuse would be much easier, but at this point, vote kicking is almost impossible. Right now there has to be a unanimous decision for a votekick, which is too much. I also think that 6 out of 10 is too few. I would suggest 7 of 10 for a votekick to pass. Maybe even 8. But we all know there is that desperate person on the other team feeding primarily off of the person feeding. My only issue here comes with the following problem: is the person just bad or is he actually ruining the game on purpose? You are not allowed to kick a bad player for being bad, but if his intentions are to game ruin and it is clear that he is trying to do so, then by all means start a votekick. So I do agree with making the votekick easier to accomplish, but not a lot easier.
