Re: !ff ban
The !ff command is meant for case where entire team wants to quit, as an easy way out. If a player wants to keep playing then it doesn't make sense to force the game to end prematurely.

Re: !ff ban
Stick it out, finish the game. !ff shouldn't even be allowed until a base tower or rax has been downed. I usually don't like to use it unless the other team is spawn-killing in my fountain. Most people that rage at me for "wasting their time" when I opt to finish the game ironically don't even stop defending, they are still thinking about their k/d the whole time and themselves prolonging the game when they kill enemies that are throning.
I grew up playing sports so this idea of "we can't win so we should just give up" is bizarre to me. Could you imagine going to a baseball game and the other team just forfeits when they fall behind 8 runs in the 3rd inning? We should all use that time to continue to get better and learn to lose better. You can't win 'em all and there's always a next game. Also, sometimes crazy sh*t happens. Of my 500 or so LoD games on this bot, at least 5-6 were won after my entire team -ff.
