@ random_user07 : I'll look into the other things, but about public hosting, you can upload your own maps at ENT Link -> Upload your own map. Then use !map :mapname with the colon in front of the map name to load it.

Oh, didn't know it required that. I guess you need to validate your account at http://clanent.net/link/ (click Validate your account). By activate it means your Warcraft III account, not forum account.

No, it's not down, maybe just disconnected for a bit from USWest.
