Guys -

There is nothing wrong with the way HR works atm. No need to baby sit it. We, as a community, have already set the guidelines and they are being followed. We can report to you if anything gets out of hand but for now its just fine.

games without -li is a lot more imbalanced. Should have -li at HR games.
