Stalling the game by camping the statue should be banable

Well camping the statue in an attempt to end the game will never be bannable but I can make camping it for extended periods of time in an attempt to stop the game from ending to be bannable. Anyone else have any thoughts?

Oh sorry i wasn't clear enough, he was camping his OWN statue

Well I did that too at one point, in some respects it can be considered a legitimate strategy if you're really trying hard to win the game. I held down my statue and had two of my allies go on offense. Yes the game took longer but since the other team couldn't take me down we won the game. I need a feasible scenario to think of a rule change.

He my game it was just him on his team but he was soooooooooooo much stronger then me and my teammate, he was farming the big fellhound to farm loads of gold and but wards up to see me go for his statue
