New Ban Rules for Game Ruiners

And I mean really easy to spot game ruiners, not those questionable ones. I mean I understand a lot of people out there randomly accuses others of game ruining, I read a lot of the BRQ forum. Some people just get angry when someone else doesn't play the way they want to play, etc.. and "game ruining" gets thrown out there every time.

But that's not what I'm talking about. I'm not even talking about AFK griefing, selling items, or buying multiple chickens and branches. I'm talking about a guy who joins a game and takes mid with 0 items the whole game, flames and trashes everyone. 15 mins into the game, he's still level 5 with 0 items while sitting on 3000 gold. Or that one guy, G.O.D, whom many have run into, doesn't communicate at all, solo farms all game to max out his items, refusing to join teamfights, defend, or help. He's pretty much played like this every game.

These players should be "banned" until they explain themselves in the appeals forum. If they won't even make the effort to explain themselves in the appeals forum, they shouldn't be unbanned. I mean, throwing out a 3 day, 5 day, 8 day ban, at them... they don't even know what's going on, and they'll just come back and do it again.

Welp. I guess I'll bite. Would it be ok if say I picked PA, went mid, farmed myself a 8-9 min relic, then proceeded to rape the entire game? Or would your highness submit a ban request on me? Or is it okay in that situation? What if I did that, but didn't rape? Would you blame me or the other 4 idiots on the team? This is where it gets complicated so my suggestion to you is that if you truly feel that someone "ruined" your game, then feel free to post a ban request and the mods can decide whether he did or didn't. I don't see any need to go about changing rules etc, they are fine the way they are. The only problem is that most people can't be bothered to post a ban request.

And please save me the "radiance on PA is bad", I've heard it hundreds of times and most of those people saying that have come to regret it

@nitromon Refusing to communicate and refusing to join teamfights/refusing to play is both ban-able in certain situations. Your best shot would be to simply report such users.
