HELLHALT Rule Revision

There's been a recent misunderstanding of a current standing rule in the HELLHALT section of the wiki;

This rule basically means if you are crossing in HELLHALT and you send as an incomer and then leave it's ban-able.The rule by technicality has no open-for-interpretation, it's pretty much exactly as it says and that needs to be altered.
Suggestion: Change the rule so that it includes general players and not confined to crossers.
Proposed revision:
Intentionally leaving after sending to give an advantage to your team is bannable.
This will open up the barriers of the rule, and make it more clear for cases like this since it has been a rising concern.

Pretty clear change. Cross in HHTD is not rly viable strategy.

although i disagree with
@thinu in the case of crossing not being viable, i do not see a reason why the rule should not be changed, as this new rule makes a lot more sense for people to easily understand as well as being clear about not giving unfair advantages.

While I don't play any version or variation of LTD, and currently unable to play war3 period, I'll !support a rule change as long as the change'll make rules easier to interpret and understand.

How about a new wiki page for HELLHALT TD ?
I wanted to point a few things out that are meaningless:
HELLHALT TD
When using a mode other than the default one, the mode setter (red) has to announce it in the lobby before the game starts. Every player must be informed, so they have the opportunity to leave in case of dislike.
Mode for HellHalt TD is: -paac // (suggested mode instead)
Refusing/Avoiding to heal.
Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill.
Do not sell value to stall time and gain an advantage on a racing level. This has no point
Do not build close to your teammate without consent to steal kills.
Do not juggle the Guardian preventing him from attacking or killing units. (ok let this one I guess, but you can't juggle much anyway)
Do not change the Guardian's target to delay killing, except to efficiently kill multiple targets or kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units. Range stomping and backward waving is allowed.

Antistuck
Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate. (Using anti-stuck on units in the middle is allowed.)
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on your own/ally/enemy towers to send them to the king without fighting creeps. This has no meaning
HELLHALT TD 1100+
The default mode is -paac or -phac, no exceptions. //suggested -paac or -phac
Refusing to heal.
Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill.
Selling value at any point in the game in order to gain an advantage by stalling time on a racing level is forbidden. This is pointless
Do not build over 120 value of delay towers.
Do not intentionally split to stall time, except to send double-demon.
Do not juggle the Guardian preventing him from attacking or killing units. (ok let this one I guess, but you can't juggle much anyway)

Anti-Stuck cannot be used unless creeps are actually stuck. In that case, anti-stuck must be used. This has no meaning.
