What do you think about to add on member profile page and in topics/posts on member account green and white box or circle if member is online or not? Of course hidden members are shown as offline with it.

I believe this is basically covered by the list of online users on the index page. Also, if you're looking at a users post, there is a banner showing them to be currently online.

Not entirely opposed to this idea, but thought I might add to where you can see this on the forum already.

Not sure what do you mean, screenshot (can't see picture if img bbc is used)?

About "Who is online" I agree, but its way better to have option on each post.

This is currently shown on each post if a user is online at the time of you are viewing it. This is of course hidden if the user has chosen to hide their online status or are offline in general.
