Hi ENT,

there are a lot of players playing Survival Chaos on a daily basis. How about introducing score points and a ladder for it? I would love to compete with other players on that aspect. It would furthermore punish the many leavers the game also suffers from.

It needs to be implemented in the map somehow. You'd be better off getting the map creator to implement a system first then come here again to suggest Ent enable it.

I play regularly and it's too luck based and badly balanced for it imo. Also I'm not sure there's a proper elo system for a 4 ways ffa game.

There can't be a leaver ban system for this game, you expect people to stay after they've lost?

Will be Hard tho since its not a 1 team/player vs 1 team/player, We've had the same problem in HP and more or less didnt add it since we didnt want it and to have elo change for 4/8 players depending on when they lost can be kinda tricky.

Like for ex will there be 1 winner and 3 losers? or will you lose points depending on when you die and so on.
So like @Sylvanas said having elo for 3 or more teams is really tricky and alot of choices need to be made rather then just set a "start point" (1000 elo on ENT) And the amunt of max win/lose ( 30 on ENT) 15/15 when even teams/elo score.

@Trenchguns And ye mostly need to add some code into the map that "pass info" to the bot that then registers it to the database and update it after each game, and without a proper code it will be kinda simple just win/lose.


I've played Survival Chaos but dont really have an opinion over if it should have elo ratings or not seems its done well without it and theres a big risk of making the game toxic when theres elo points involved and not just a fun time playing a map
But if the players really want it and can agree on the setup for it and someone's able to implement it sure go for it

ye i really dont think survival chaos needs eloystem or even w/l statistic. Its really luck based in some points, like getting a good spawn to defend etc.
