Update ENT.13 -> New release Wintermaul One Revamped 7.4

Hi all,
I just launched my latest version correcting important errors that must be solved as soon as possible in addition to many other functions.

Number of players until autostart: Minimum 4-5.
Problems with map (like cheats and such), if any: None
Why the map should be autohosted: This is the new release of the map.
Special notes: Please remove old reminder of repick-glitch from version (v6) this glitch don't exist since v7.
