Make bots announce use of !ignore

The basis for this suggestion is around BRQs such as this: viewtopic.php?f=24&p=471146#p471146
It's a lengthy one and has a bunch of communication problems, so I assume most won't actually read in too far.
Teal ignored red and purple, blue ignored purple. Purple tried to ask about 15, no one responds. If he had at least known that two players had ignored him, perhaps this situation of him assuming a 15 send would have been circumvented.
I'm sure there are other, better examples of how it could help out in games, but not knowing the ignore feature has been used can lead you to believe that your team doesn't have opinions on questions/isn't participating rather than knowing you need to ask someone else to help convey messages for you.
Perhaps there's a better way to go about this, but I think a general agreement needs to be made as to how to deal with ignore use/at what point ignoring multiple players becomes refusal to play as a team, etc.
