Lock team change to make stacking harder?

Would that be an idea? Stacking would stil be possible but harder.
would it solve anything except delaying the games even more ? I don't think so to be honest.
an not every pre team is just playing together to grind Elo, there are people who are just enjoying to play together and that's a good thing
