Require another mods approval

Ban requests should be filled out and administered by different mods. This would allow for all ban requests to be seen and reviewed properly rather than streamlined by an individual moderator. I think we can all agree we don't want a single person acting as the Judge and Jury.

Long story short, this is done to reduce the amount of workload. If a mod spots an in-game violation, he is capable of handling the matter without having a 2nd mod invest their time into it. Time that could have been invested elsewhere.

ENT's moderators go through a form of training before they are accepted. They have to prove themselves before they are given certain "powers".

All staff is monitored for abusive behavior. The public is also given a way of reporting abuse through the complaint section.
