In light of my recent ban, I was thinking that some games don't even need certain bans to be enforced. There are some survival games, and Wintermaul One sure doesn't care if you leave or not. The lanes get shut off, you lose on Line TD, player red gets more gold if you left on Green TD. (back lanes only.). Some games just aren't ruined by leavers.
Same would go for being afk without telling people.
So, my suggestion is: Instead of making those bans be global, how about just making them apply to the games that it really matters to. This way, if you mess up, you aren't completely ridden from the community and can still get your stats back up. It might also prevent some people from never playing again because they were banned. (I almost was one of those people.)
I guess, you'd have to develop an AI bot to decipher if the player leaving was game breaking or not. Maybe have a ban be enforced if the game ends shortly after someone left. If a certain amount have time has gone by without the game ending, then don't ban them? Some ideas...
Per-game auto bans.

Re: Per-game auto bans.
Not all bots have autoban enabled on them. ENT47 is one of those bots that have autoban disabled. If you want autoban to be disabled on a certain bot then just provide the bot ID.
