Risk Map Issues

So this is a continuation of the Risk map suggestion: viewtopic.php?f=43&t=129215

Subject: risk devolution

As the current bot is averaging ~1.5 games per day, I am willing to approve this suggestion for a trial period.
If the bot/map should fail, we can always revert or try out a different map with a new suggestion.

Map has now been changed/updated on ENT.87, and is being hosted on all realms.

We will check into the status of the bot in 2 weeks time to see if the popularity has increased, and if there are any issues with the map that has been selected.

Should you wish to change the map before then, please let us know via a suggestion on the forum.

I tried the map once and my rifleman were coming out at 12hp (when 200 is standard). Another player's were 60. This bug obviously made it unplayable so I think we need to try a different map. I suggest Risk Next Gen: https://www.epicwar.com/maps/229174/, if not a different version of Risk Asia.

Could it be an error in the config file & handicap?

Sounds like the map has no hcl library implemented.
Simply disabling the hcl for that bot should solve it.

I will remove hcl, and see if this was the root cause of the issues.

From what I can tell it's running fine now, thank you.

Of course it's still not as popular as the original map so I'm hoping we can get that fixed.
