I believe this player (peredoz@europe; <300 elo) is intentionally losing games to get low elo. In the games i've seen him play in, he pushes as if he is a creep and refuses to back regardless of any warnings from allies. He on avearge has about a death every 2 minutes of the game. I know that the discussion on putting a ELO floor has been talked about and denied so my alternate suggestion is to deal with these uncooperative low elo players is by a case by case ELO reset to 800. This would greatly deter any players from wanting to put in 300 games to get this low just to be reset when reported. Thank you

already suggested and denied 10,000 times before, not going to happen
Why would you change them to 800 elo, just so their teammates lose more?
if you think a user is throwing, just report them
