stop autoban on ent16+wc3connect users

Entconnect is very instable with ent.16 so far.
I can do nothing against this
i really appreciate your guys work but i think autoban should be reconsidered untill you don't have enough staff to answer ban appeals or wc3connect can get more stable ... i'm waiting for a ban appeal answer since more than 24 hours...
