People shouldn't be banned for flaming.

I've been getting banned just because I dish it back out when other people start it. Don't dish it out if you can't take it.

If you flame at someone then they flame back, then don't go crying to the admin like a little bitch, just hit ignore.

And if you are an admin then you should tell people complaining about flaming to just hit ignore and stop wasting your time.

If you have a problem with flaming, the solution is either don't insult other players if you don't want them insulting you back, or use the ignore command if you are sick of hearing their shit.

People are going to insult each other and fight and argue and admins aren't going to solve anything by banning people. All you wind up doing by banning is allow people to trigger players they don't like then use it as an excuse to ban them.

This suggestion should be denied. Players aren't banned for flaming if it isn't excessive. What you do on the other hand is the following:

If you can't control your language in-game, it isn't anyone's fault but yours nor should you blame anyone. We recommend players to !ignore others who are of disturbance. This doesn't mean that if they don't !ignore you that you are given permission to tell them to kill themselves.

We generally have a high tolerance and will tell users to make use of the !ignore feature, specially when it is not excessive. However, we do not tolerate people telling other people to kill themselves. If you’re going to resort to such flaming, then you yourself should make use of the !ignore feature to prevent being triggered.

We will continue to monitor requests on a case by case basis, and won’t simply just remove this rule. As noted we only ban in cases where it is excessive.
