Unban?

A man is banned for spamming, and I can not unban as it is?

he is the one that ban me so we are not sure if he can make that request for me XD , i remember i explain this issue a month ago, if he happens to host a map using for example ent host 2 , 5 or 11 i cant join his games (it says something about reason for banning spamming) but if he use other ent host i can join with no issue

also i can join other pub games from other players (i can host games too and he can join them with no issue)

he tried the !unban maracas . we also went to the ent chat and type the same command , lastly i redownload those maps we have this issue (vampirism alfa and troll vs elves)

we are using pvpgn serpi btw

aRt)Y explained exactly how to unban him.

The person that banned him needs to Validate their account with ENT Link (arty's first link)
Then the person needs to go to Manage Bans to unban (arty's second link)
