EIHL Suggestions

I was just speaking to uakf.b on B.net and figured I would post my ideas here for clarity. I do not know if it is possible or not to make my suggestions work as I am not a coder and have no knowledge with bots, but if they can be made reality, it would only help.
Online/Offline Players
Have one or two of the bots split the list of vouched players and constantly (or every 15 minutes) cycle through the list and check who is online. The information would then be relaid to the website and display for people to see. This way people can know who is online and actually message them to try and get a game going. Not everyone is going to always hang out in the channel and wait, so it would increase the possibility of games being played.
EIHL Activity Intervals
It won't be as accurate now, but it would be a good idea to have the bots record the average amount of games played during certain time intervals (every hour). This way, players know when they will have the best opportunity to play games and when they should log on and wait. This feature combined with the online player feature would greatly increase activity.
Condense All Information To One Page
In relation to this, http://clanent.net/openstats/?statsmode=eihl
On that page, you should have a segment dedicated to the above suggestions like you do top players. So there should be a column that will list the information about activity. Another column that lists all online players. By providing all the information in one area, you make it easier for the player base to get what they need.
I had more ideas when I tried to get the interim-T3 league started for DotaCash, but I can't remember them right now and I no longer have access to my threads in the staff forums. I will share them when they come back to me.
