Allow titan to leave pre-10 if one (or more) builders say (in all chat) they will -titan.

I thought this was already in practice, (although not stated officially I suppose) I would support an official rule change.

Titan's already allowed to leave pre-10 minutes if there were already 3 builders/observers(titan spawn, not killed) that left before titan.

However I've done this multiple times as a titan, I also support it.

I don't think I've ever seen this occur in practice.

The titan shouldn't have joined the game if they were to leave within the first ten minutes. The player should still be held accountable for his/hers actions, as it modifies the game's outcome.

I don't know if you've heard of something called real life where something can pop up unexpectedly. Happens quite often.

Besides if a player says he'll take over titan, he should stand by his word and do so.

If art)y says he'll give me 10$ if I let go of your loan you think I shouldn't do it?

The whole reason titan leaver is bannable is because people would join games as titan and leave so that they could join the next game as a builder and it would ruin a game.
If somebody -titan's the game is hardly ruined at least much less ruined than a titan who just camps 10mins so they can leave.

note: the titan is only 'off-the hook' if the builder was claiming in all chat.

So what if people say yes and dont do it or fool with <space>-titan?

apply titan leaver penalty to orange imo.
