Hey. I think the game log could be better if could show when the message is to:
[Allies]
[All]
[Private]
[Observers]

And also if had a bigger space to read the chat

at "view_replay"

Some private messages have nothing to do with that game though and it might be personal (reason its called private). And the way it is , Is pretty clear whats in allied and in all.

can be also called "ghosting" by telling allied position to the enemy
or used to hide abuse to glitch the game
like: spam at trolls and elves "-stuck"

Well yes i do kind of agree, But i still think private should stay private, Another might think differently

But the allied/All chat would be very useful.

Dunno if possible to categorize the chat using the dotaparse to show non-dota game. Anyways the game log has all chats so I don't see any positive reason to modify it. If someone is harassing using private chat, we can see it in game log; if someone is using the command -stuck in the chat observer, you can see it the gamelog... :3

I don't think it's possible to record chat sent to observers. What I've noticed is that if you try to run commands through the observer chat, it doesn't respond. I'm assuming it's because the bot itself cannot see the that chat and thus cannot record observer chat.

This is only when you have just one observer. Same effect if you have only one person on a team.

Thats wrong, I have run commands as a player in the game sending messages to observers.

DK go to observers and type -pool you still get the cash and valor. Or do you mean admin commands like !ping and such?

It only effects admin commands. And it's only when you are the only observer OR when you are sending to observers and there aren't any observers.
