Change NWU mode back to -sdsm

Well @Azog and I have been talking for 30 minutes on Facebook about the new NWU mode. Here's some problems with -arsm and why it should be reverted to -sdsm. Since this map is not DotA, then it will bring severe problems if ELO is implemented with the host of -arsm. I also think the rate of players dropped from -arsm due to -sdsm. .
Here's 5 critical reasons why -arsm is a failure:
1. A team can be full of carries or vice-versa in the short run = bad.
2. You can't tactically outplay or choose heroes who can successfully counter heroes like Shodaime (furion) who deals massive damage/aoe to non-treebreakers. (Pizza's suggestion)
3. If someone gets a bad pick or even a bad repick, it brings a liability to the team because many people are accustomed to a few heroes and roles. The people who repick also get an disadvantage over the other player they lane against. In -sdsm, everyone starts off the same.
4. It's unbalanced because many people are not familiar with the mode and starting builds are unclear for many people. Also, solo laners become severely crippled. Magic Damage laners > Hard damager laners. Semi-carries snowball faster than hard carries. Hence, unbalanced. Hard carries always snowball first if they are fed while semi-carries deal the damage.
5. It gets frustrating/bland after a while playing heroes that don't perform well with others.
EDIT: There's also lagspikes in -arsm for many people. Problem is not resolved yet but it might be due to an issue MuZk is looking at atm.
Also, if ELO comes back with -arsm as its mode = all hope lost for this map
