2nd hostbot for Civ Wars without votekick and advanced stats

Hi,
I would to repeat my former suggestion posted in the wrong subforum (viewtopic.php?f=27&t=164&p=22537#p16014):
Games on ent16 fill up quite fast, but it has become a habit (especially by certain players of clan pope) to votekick new players or new accounts or even little mistakes, even before the game has started. This is very annoying and for me destroys the fun of gaming. I am willing to help/advice/guide new players unless they show totally idiot behavior (like not playing at all, detonating own structures, excessive flaming, insulting).
I don't know how much you guys from the staff play this map and about your elo , i remember i have seen agreements playing. I have played this map about 5000-10000 times by now and currently 2 accounts with 1200-14000 elo. And it's awesome to play if you are willing to learn it and pay attention to all the details. But i think new players need more chances or the game will die very soon.
Thanks for your time,
RaptorXI

If there's abuse on !vk command, you can report them to get a temp ban.

Those temporary bans last how long? 24h? Based on account or IP? And can you detect dynamic IPs?
Asking because i don't plan to make this forum to my living room and if all the work will result into an appropriate punishment against the criminals.

Sorry.. seems like you're thinking like a thief looking for a flaw in our system. Tell me when you go to your bank, do you ask to the manager to open the vault? :3

Simply not worth all the 'work' to make a proper ban request when someone can mock it by changing his IP.
And again, I ask if you really PLAY on your own bots and have to read all the shit by some people?

Not sure if there's enough players for this.

Well, you can still play on public hosting bots, if no one joins it probably means there's not enough players anyway to have a second host bot.
