Improve the !ignore command

The command does work if you type the whole nickname. That's not so easy when you meet players using nicknames like 1iIi1iiliIiLIl.

Does ignore not have partial name matching?

It should support partial names.

what about player slot? like blue =1 teal =2 etc.

I'm still not sure what improvement you want. The based on slots seems like it'd be confusing. You can just do !ignore lil or !ignore lll or whatever to ignore them.

I'm not sure if partial names works, i'll make another test soon. Probably my bad.
