http://challonge.com/This is the site we use for our Devo tournaments. It's easy to read, easy to control, supports single and double elimination, and it's free. Below is a randomly selected sample tournament to look at and consider.

We've used this in the past, but our tournament system automatically creates games and such. That wouldn't really be possible with challonge. Similarly, the tournament dashboard shows the information for the next game and is connected with the rest of the tournament system. And it's more trouble, because it doesn't automatically detect winners and such.
Additionally, our system allows us to arbitrarily define a match layout. Although this doesn't apply for the double-elimination tournaments we've run so far, it can be used to have a three-team-game tournament (where each game has three teams or something) or a more complex structure tournament.
That said, some improvements could be made: the R/M/P notation is clear once you get used to it but confusing at first (if you don't know, the R/M/P identifies which player will come to that bracket; R is for the round identifier, which is in parentheses; M is for the match identifier, which goes upwards from 1 left to bottom; P is for the order, so P=1 is first place and P=2 is second place). Also, replays should be accessible directly from the tournament layout page instead of having to have a separate forum topic with the replays uploaded.

I liked this info, remember to save it to the next tournament! :3

If you guys are that good maybe you should steal their layout then so it's easier to look at.

We have a good layout for single elimination, just not double elimination.

Anyway we'll look into a clearer layout for next tournament.
