NWU HERO REVAMP/CHANGE

Onoki is a hero in nwu that is by far in need of a revamp or a change. his ulti now is more op than ever. While his ulti gives off a great slow effect it deals unbelievable amount of damage and now the best part it cannot be blocked. yes onoki's ulti goes through fan or gelel any invu effect.. even if used it 1rst. the ulti will still just own you badly. so this is why im making a suggestion post on temporarily banning onoki and fixing/changing or revamping him. all of the above have been tested to be true so it is not an empty post. tyvm for your time.
