Elo system

Make a Elo Floor (like price floor) - There are players with extremely low elos such as 600 ish or even lower.

If you don't set up the elo bottom line, people will just dodge the side or games which low elo players joined. This will lead to delay the game initiation.

Votekick

Currently, you have lowered the votekick count from 10 to 9, but I believe you have to make this 8.

There is always someone who decides to keep the game ruiner and does not vote. The rule can punish those IF we actually request and get a approval

from a staff member. Majority of people do not use ban request frequently, so to be fair to people who care, the votekick count should be lowered in

order to make game evenly.

You can play 6,83 on non-em bots.

Regarding suggestion I:
ENT is a place for both good and bad players. The amount of players below 600 ELO is near zero and we are not gonna get an extra bot just for them nor will we ban their accounts or anything like that. If they feed on purpose or play purposely bad, report them.

Suggestion II: You can report players who refuse to vote.

so to be fair to people who care

If they truely cared, they would report them. The habbit to be lazy and not to report users can be changed quite easily - by yourself.
