I suggest to allow FCD for Civilization Wars, because there is no unfair advantage using this tool can give?
And maybe for Castle Fight (Ent1)? I'm not pro at cf but it's similar to civ wars.
Any others, feel free to post below.

Didn't notice this before I wrote on the other FCD post
To be honest the only thing you could delayed click in CW and CF is incoming troops which you have vision of anyway. The enemy seeing those clicks wouldn't give any information. Other than that the rest would 99% be maphacking clicking your buildings afaik

Approved.
Any TD (LTD, CF, CIV, etc) is an exception. However, team games with active units in fog such as DotA, NWU, ENFOs, and so on are forbidden.
Rule to be enforced starting Satuday.
Disclaimer: FCD will remain listed as a third party tool on the general rules page and is thus - in general - forbidden. For the expcetions, as mentioned above, please refer to the FCD wiki page.
Edit: wiki pages updated.
