Could something like this be beneficial, rewritten to include drop boxes for specific Games/Violations?

hmmm. Yes I agree. Mandatory fill in boxes including a time stamp box that will not allow "all game" as an answer.

I agree, this would be a good format to have. It would increase productivity due to reducing the amount of 'all game' requests.

Moderators simply have to post "please provide more times-temps or your request might get denied".

Having it mandatory with a blacklist of words is not beneficial.

np. I was not really thinking time stamps, more along the lines of people who might not know how to say/write everything can look at a list of violations/realms/games and so on. Was just thought.

It is beneficial when you factor in the time it takes for mods to check their request, then for the player to get back to them, then for the mod to check the request again. A simple fill in the blank time stamps box that requires numbers and has a check box for replay or game time would cut down on time in the long run fo shizz my nizz.

Having restrictions like "requires numbers" wont work though, as I said. Ban requests and the way people post them are too individual.

I will have a look into it anyway.
