Votekick adjustment please for LTD

Many of the games i play have people who are 0 win and like 10 loss, or like 0/15

This new meta of people creating losing accounts to bring down the average ELO of their game and go boost their main account in a cross build

Many of these times the people will ruin the game and enemy team does not allow us to vote kick.

So my suggestion is: Allow votekick to pass only if all team members pass it. (requires the 3 other people kicking the game ruiner to agree)

People might say: then someone can get bullied by his team and be kicked easily. Wrong, it is still against the rule to abuse votekick system.

Hope this passes because i play for fun and not for ELO, so when i join a game i dont bother checking everyone's !lms... and its not fun to have ur game ruined by someone

this suggestion is an abuse of the vk tool. Noobs have the right to play. if you find what their main is and it has super high stats while the other is super low, you can report for boosting and they get ban + stats wipe.

Votekick's main purpose is to kick game ruiners during the game.

Your impression and bias after looking at one's stats is not enough to validate a votekick.

If someone is 0/20 w/l or something and you are suspicious that he is game ruinning, post a ban request or pm a moderator noting that he is 0/20 and he seems to be losing on purpose to lower stats on purpose or boost someone else. Mods can easily check whether your suspicion is indeed true or not.

Votekicking a violator does not fix the problem. Reporting them and getting banned does. If you care for the community as a whole, report them.
