Should we implement 15/15 elo exchange in challenge games like in 2s? I think it would make sense to implement such a policy since challenge games often end up in big elo differences. Furthermore, captains (the ones who challenged eachother) rather evaluate the players on their own perception of their skill than on their elo, hence, elo exchange should be neutralized to 15/15.

No, I think in regular 3s/4s, elo auto-balance makes sense (otherwise there would be pure skill anarchy since elo and skill is are at least slightly associated). And in 3s/4s the chance of getting severly imbalanced teams (as in 2s) is marginal. So big elo differences due to auto-balance don't emerge there.
