a. antistuck bug on wisps.

I intent to fix those 2 on future version too.
Why the map should be autohosted: 3.9f is already autohosted, this is version 3.9G which is the same but fixes various bugs, including the notorious bear no aggro bug. Am suggesting to replace the v3.9f with the v3.9G

Played a few games (with @HELLRAlSER , @RadiantCrystal , @Hazardous ) , so far no major bugs encountered (only a few minor: Units wrong path (moving back and then forth again; King upgrades on 1 of the games, kept displaying "Player X Upgraded king hp to 0", never changed from 0), will edit when we play a few more:
