I think would be awesome to have chat with avatar of the WC3 characters.
1) When the player join the chat would have a scenario and each one could pick his avatar.
Example of avatars: Dota heroes, castle fight builders, LTD builders, etc.
2) Could also make some avatar only available to members with a lot of posts, or who played X games at the bots, etc.

Would be more then a chat, would have a interaction and we could move the avatar throw the scenario.

We just got a new chat client though!

could we make them fight eachother too

This will just make it harder to chat in the chat room.

I think would be more interactive and could bring more people to the chat room.

Rejecting this, the chat room is meant for communication, if it's cluttered with these avatars and stuff then it's only going to make it harder to communicate.
