Legion TD Tower behaviour

Once the first tower from player A in a lane starts moving, all his others could follow as well.
Effects:
- People can't split army to force a leak (They have to be low value instead)
- Should make crossing impossible or at least very hard
- Delaytowers lose a lot of their effect.
- Lategame army gets fully utilized if it gets too wide
- Units shouldn't randomly be left behind in the center as lvl 31 keeps progressing (armysplit before king)
Why propose this?
It is just a random idea. It would certainly have to be tested for balance in regards to massing low value towers.
