ENT Gaming

PingGnome is an awesome bot. It lets players look up friends whose names they have forgotten. It shows clan channel statistics and information. As well as a lot of other information that is useful in tracking an old custom games partner down or seeing if a good clan mate from years back is still active from time to time.

I think it would be a great addition to the Clan ENT community, as well as help bring traffic to the site. The current PingGnome is hit or miss. Sometimes the bot is down for weeks or months, currently as of this post, its working on 3 servers.

You do not need to be well versed or heavily invested in WC3 to use or know the bot. I have seen many people refer to it for nostalgic reasons or to settle an argument.

Just a thought

I love the service as well. But it might be a problem
a) to get/code the scripts for the stealthbot
b) to get as popular as pinggnome

Not sure I see the purpose of us running one of these things. Map gnome would be cooler anyway (but that already exists).

Anyways really, moving to archive because there's no reason to replicate its functionality and it doesn't really relate to our gaming service.
