LOD - !draw/autoban off suggestion & Team kick

Hello, I would like to suggest implementing auto-draw if player leave the game before minute 5 [I don't count here skill picking time - someone with experience with lod please help with this suggestion] in game. 2nd thing is team kick, if someone is afk, or feeder on purpose, team should be able to votekick him without votes from opponents team.

Draw never was and never will be mandatory as its way too easy to exploit.

If a player is afk you can use the "-kickafk" command, when hes griefing you have to explain it to your enemys/teammates. If they refuse to kick you can report them after. Again, if we would reduce the amount of votes for a votekick it would be easier to exploit aswell.

I don't think you have thought thru other possibilities. Thus both of your suggestions will result in abuse.

As for team-only votekick, it is easy to see how it could lead to abuse.
