This may have just been my experience, but people are extremely aggressive toward new players.

I had been threatened with bans, kicked, -booted, flamed, and harassed for being new.

At least in Legion TD, I was being helped with my towers, income, and sends.

This is my suggested rule addition to Island Def. @Jabba41 @Arii


New Players
1. You must attempt to teach new players the basics, or direct them to a wiki/youtube guide instead of flaming or -booting them.

So we would be banning everyone who doesn't help new people...?

Not happening.

Booting is not ban-able as you can learn the game by playing or watching replays. Booting you from OBS is a grey zone we will moderate.

The only real way of getting "rid" of new players is by votekicking them for which we've rules in place. Furthermore, the lack of communication (on both sides) may be considered for both ban requests and appeals.

The suggestion is denied.
