Consider using HCL to select Gem difficulty

Edit #2: After thinking about it during a few games I'd say disregard the below suggestion. If enough people request 'Extreme' difficulty to be auto-selected, then go for that option via HCL. Until then, see how the current setup plays out. In the old versions the player in the Red slot did not have the option to pass the ability to select to the next player. Gem TD+ has this feature.

Original suggestion:

The Gem config needs an hcl command string setup. I suggest use of `0` (a single zero) to select 'Extreme' difficulty (the same as was forced in `4.0kn`). Also, the change was suggested in the archived thread.

I would reply to the other thread directly, but being archived I cannot.

Edit: Although, I suppose the difficulty could be left selectable; however, I would wager that at least 99% of the Gem games played in the past 5-6 years have been Extreme, regardless of whether or not version `4.0kn` forced it.

Okay, so going to keep it that way. If people are unsatisfied when another mode than "Extreme" is selected, then we could either add HCL or rule like ltd about mode-changing. Archiving for now.

After further discussion, it seems that Extreme has been the default mode for a while, and that difficulty was automatically selected by the map instead of HCL. Players consider Extreme to be the default difficulty, and anything below that seem to be too easy.
