Misuse of Streams rule

It's clear we must add a rule about watching a stream while you play if it is the game we are in. If we don't, we'll have situations like the one last night- we need to make it clear in our rules because people don't seem to understand that it is third party usage to abuse the streams for this purpose.
I'd like to discuss wordings for this, but it is something that has to be added because somehow, someway, people aren't understanding the third party usage rule.

How about "Any mechanics or actions done to receive an unfair advantage in a game are strictly forbidden by the ENT community. This includes but is not limited to: maphack, sniping, FCD, or any third party programs. Failure to comply with these rules will result in a heavy ban by the ENT community. If you have a question or have doubts as to what constitutes as "third party" or have a question about something you use or someone else uses; please contact a moderator or administrator, and they will gladly help you."
Ehh, too long? .-.

If you can prove someone is "sniping " a stream, can't you just ban them for a year ?
i mean, if they litterally tells the team what the enemy has etc.. it must be sidelined with maphack no ?

or just add delay to your stream. I think if you are telling the other team your units, via ghosting/streaming, other ppl would be foolish not to use the info. they aren't hacking/using 3rd party to get info. they are just watching what you are saying/showing outside game...

There are two ways a stream sniper can break rules.
1) The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
2) Ghosting rule
If you watch the stream while playing against streamer, you are breaking rule #1. If you share the info with your team, you are breaking rule #2.
As you mentioned,
@Y0SHI , it should be rather obvious to everyone that they should not look into enemies' streams as they acquire info they should not have access to. Anyway, I don't mind adding a clarification.
The use of any utility (FCD, maphack, stream sniping, etc.) that gives you an unfair advantage over other players will result in a heavy ban.
Fine?

Well, this kind of shows clarification could benefit some.
All right, edited Wiki.
*Note; this is merely a clarification, rules remain the exact same.
