banning for lobby kicks

when there are all high elo people, its ruined when a low elo person joins. instead of low elo people waiting for next game they stay so us high elo wana get em kicked from lobby instead of leaving, its not abuse when it doesnt affect there stats nor would they kick in game, it just means they have to wait a minute for next game so the high elo game is enjoyable and without enjoyable games people dont want to play making less and less people using the server. banning 5-6 people for days is not justice just for 1 person having to wait a minute for the next game. thoughts? opinions?

It is strictly again ENT rules to VK a player who has not done anything wrong. It is made very clear in the rules.

My opinion is that everyone has the right to play a game, including low ELO players.

• Every one of the high ELO players was at one point a noob. They should be taking the time to coach and develop new players if they wish for better competition down the road. (i.e. if low ELO players never play with skilled players, they will never learn and never get any better. There will remain a "split" in the community. VKing a player instead of teaching them is just adding to the problem)
• The true test of skill for high ELO players is to play on the same team as low ELO players. This is much more challenging and should be embraced.
• If high ELO players want an environment where the skill level of the entire game is high, they should look into our Legion TD Mega In-house League

it get frustrating though after a while playing with every body like some pros have throwing accounts and search for high elo accounts to smurf them and elo steal and when your versing low elo its like 26/4 elo gain and losing 26 elo sux. to have the teams even so its 15/15 or near abouts say for example 1500 1500 1800 and a new player at 1000 elo and the other team 1400 1600 1700 then a 600 elo joins its like please theres no teaching you go away. to my point noone wants to play with a 600 elo guy even 3 pros becasue he just doesnt want to listen, and nothing worse than a guy who doesnt want to listen how to play or send with team etc etc.

@colepilcher the problem with noobs that do not listen nor learn can be fixed by joining the ENT inhouse league (LIHL) as iightfyre refered to and I do hope you will consider it once more - we need more good players with a heart to learn and improve

I agree, so stupid! Why should we waste time and elo? The noobs end up leaving or raging anyways. It shouldnt be against the rules to vk in lobby, it should be majority rules.

Because people will be able to do what they want in a game, AFK, Rule break, ETC... And then ruin an entire game.

Don't know how bots work. Had in mind only in lobby votekick option, but gues it doesn't work that way.

well every time theres a afk or rule breaker people use that to there advantage and dont kick, like its not banabale not to votedraw on round 1 when 2 leavers leave but you ban for kicking a person out of lobby for preventing such things, lihl is to much effort to join and you removed the 1300+ elo game for ltdm bot

It is against the rules to refuse to VK a player who is afk, breaking rules or game ruining. Players who refuse to VK in this situation can be banned.

1. I don't think that ENT will ever create an environment where a low elo player can be VK'd from the lobby. This, imo, goes against the spirit of ENT where we want to create an atmosphere for fair and legit players to enjoy the game; regardless of skill level.
2. If you want a game that is only skilled players you need to look into the LIHL (The HR bot was taken down due to inactivity.. I'm sure that if there was more demand for it we could see it back in service)
3. You can also try the 1v1 bot as you don't need to worry about having bad teammates
4. You can dodge games where there are low elo players and go to the next game. OR you can play with low elo players for the sake of a challenge. No one is forcing you one way or the other but I dont think that we are going to exclude players from a game based on their ELO.

HMMMM......low elo means nothing? Stats wipe means noob? No games, one loss = noob?

Get off all your high horses. If I as a moderator have to deal with all your bullshits about votekicking in lobby for low elo, no stats, or whatever, and if i see it on anyone (excluding myself, for i don't really care if a vk is issued) I will ban you for 2 days without question.

Kicking a player for having a bad score. WTF is going through your mind? OH i will lose 20 elo, must. kick. him.

The game is meant to be played by everyone. Including those with poor skills. If you cannot teach new players or bad players how to improve, go play on bgn.
