I'd like to know if those situations are baneable.

1)
My teammate decides to leave the game. If I want to !draw, enemy team must !draw too? or the can refuse

I am playing 2vs1 because my teammate has left the game, but I decide to continue playing. Enemy team has a leaker player (that was the main reasson i decided to keep playing). when 9th wave ends, that leaker decides to leave the game. the game becomes 1vs1 but the enemy is feed as hell and he had help to up king thanks to the leaker. Im in a clear disadvantage. If I want !draw when the leaker leaves the game, the enemy player must !draw?

Not drawing is never bannable. No matter what circumstance.
