!Draw Rule?

I didn't see it specifically mentioned in the rules but there is one about not ruining a game. We had a game linger on for 17 rounds because of a disconnect before load and player/players on the other team wouldn't !Draw. These players were 1200+ in a regular LTD lobby. I would consider this ruining game play because it forces us to either !FF or play on so that we don't get a ban.

Am I wrong in thinking this? Would this fall in line with the rules for ban request or is it just a chicken thing that they did for a whopping 6elo?

You can leave the game after someone got a disconnect or left. Only the first leaves gets an autoban in ltd.

To answer, there isn't a rule around drawing other than lying about it being bannable when it isnt. That said, it won't be implemented either. Please search the suggestion archive for more information, it has been exhausted in debate.
