lost to merc 1v1 and lost ELO

Hey,
On game start i asked which mode he(krrot) wanted ap or hp, he replied as he doesnt care, so i picked ap. he took merc( i saw it on lvl10 arena) and before lvl 14 he changed race and sent sick units and i lost. I checked on website and found that i lost ELO https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=2584105. Isnt merc in 1v1 forbidden? how to get my elo back and will that dude get banned for trying to trick the system by changing race before sending big?

Yes, it is forbidden and banable, report him there:

But you won't get your ELO back.

So that means a person is free toplay merc and fuck others until he will get reported? It's too hard to put autoban on merc users?

If you want to put it that way, yes, just like all other rule breaks it must obviously be reported to be punished. I doubt that it would be possible to autoban ppl who switch to merc.
