The initial reason for 1200 bot was to cut the amount of smurfing and to eliminate players who are below 1000 elo.
The bot started as 1100, then up to 1200 to perhaps keep a certain expected lvl of skill/quality of players.

A lot of players who do bad use merc as a comeback. I do agree its strong points are imba. But, it also has its bad points. Merc was not the reason why 1200 bot was created. Merc was removed from the 1200 bot because it is a builder which requires little skill to play and influences the game perhaps too much most of the time.

Anyway, you can make a suggestion topic and make a poll or something regarding your suggestion.

imo merc should be banned, just a stupid race and all serious players hate it.
merc can leak fucking hardcore with huge delay, dk why is not banned XD
and yes like ppls said, u should get 1200 elo and play on ent31, there are fair players without cross merc etc.
anyway when ur vs merc, you must go 20+ game.
