High elo players always teaming up

Why do higher elo players prefer playing against a team that is far behind in skill/experience then rather just balance it out? It happens in every fucking lobby. I'm especially talking about players 1300+ that join normal games instead of playing on 1200+. Where is the fun playing with a 1350 elo team against a <1000 elo team? Why does no one wants to balance it out by himself or goes !votebalance?

Most people just wanna win, they rather take 5 free elo than having to use their brain for 15.

Well playing on "low" elo on mega bot can have 2 reasons:
1. new player
2. player unable/unwilling to learn

I can understand people skipping these players or that just want to play with a team of "normal" people. Also many "high" elo players are playing in groups of friends

I dont mind playing with a lower elo team, but i usually avoid 1000elo/less players to avoid trolls and begínners. Its just not fun playing with people who wont communicate or teamplay. It just takes 1 player to ruin the whole game, and then you are stuck in that game for like 30 minutes. Id rather wait a bit longer to get a team where everybody at least talk and listen

When I used to play Mega with my friends we wouldn't mind playing with relatively new players (e.g. stats varying from 4/9 to 30/35) since it's easy to figure out they're functional.

We did avoid three types of players;

1) 1000ELO, 0/0 W/L (unless the nickname implies some knowledge of LTD)
2) players with extremely bad stats like 12/67
3) In my opinion the worst kind of players on Mega are the 'regulars' with hundreds or even thousands of games played and they would still show no sign of improvement & these players would often have an extremely negative reaction when we'd give them beneficial advice. To this day I don't understand what motivates them to play and how they see themselves

Ultimately, I would recommend any ambitious Mega player to switch over to 1200+ and handle the transition with common sense. The more experienced and truly good players will guide you in a manner that requires no spam or negativity from them.

Well I for one am looking forward to getting my ELO back up and hopefully to 1200 so I can switch

I play mega because the 1200+ server takes forever to fill up sometimes. When I do, I don't necessarily stack but I usually make sure my team has the following:

- 40% or higher win rate
- Minimum 15 games
- Elo above 900 (No 600/700/800 players)

So if I have the choice between:

1200 100/20, 1200 70/30, 1000 0/0
or
950 15/18 1050 10/5 920 42/60

I'm happy to go the later... I know the 0 elo player is a bigger risk then the 2x 900 players with some experience...

Okay you asked for this.

People under 1000 are scrubs and throwers.
People with 1000 elo are trolls or nubs.
Also what if i play with my friends and they are 1100/1400/1200 we cant go 1200 bot since 1 is lower still seems like we stack.

Har my plan worked! some 1000 elo players scream that its there alt account and name random people with high elo's as there main, well i can too im jabba41 and modded myself! to prove a point... not.

personally i avoid playing 4v4 legion beacuse of that.
i have more loses than wins beacuse i have played with those worse players and now no1 wants to play with me and they tell me to quit or they leave by themself so i cant really play proper game
at 1v1 my w:l ratio is 260/160
