"Do not juggle the king preventing attacking or killing units.
Do not change target to delay killing, except to kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units."

To me this tells me that there can be no juggling of king basically as you may not delay killing units, prevent attacking or kill low priority targets first.

Hope this answers your question

EDIT: Actually it doesn't state you have to kill high priority targets first but that you CAN change from low priority to high priority targets.

King Juggling is Bannable, At the point in which a king does damage to a unit, it must then kill that unit unless a higher priority unit comes into range. Juggling with intent to delay for lumber/ income reasons is bannable yes. Only change target on king if high priority kill target comes into range an easy Example is Blood Orc> Bowman. and Etc.

I think there should be a difference between:
- 'stalling', which means the king basically does not attack anything, and
- 'jumping', which means that the king attacks (or has to attack) units within his range, while it is up to the controlling player to let him hit any target he wants to.

In my humble opinion 'stalling'' should be forbidden, for it holds up the game and can easily be abused. 'Jumping' however I think should be allowed, because you're letting the king do what he should do (attacking creeps), while the boundaries of the game are not being overstepped. I would say there should be the possibillity to decide 'what' the king attacks, as long it is sure 'that' he attacks if possible.

I may have missed this discussion in other topics, if so please be so kind to reply a link. :)

@gekkenhuis

-Do not juggle the king preventing him from attacking or killing units.
-Do not change target to delay killing, except to kill higher priority targets such as sent units or low hp units.

Please read the rest of the rules: http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?title=EntGaming:LTDRules

In brief, "delay killing" is bannable since you can delay for quite a long time without actually juggling the king depending on circumstance.
You may find topics in LTD archive or Suggestions archive forum sections discussing why "delay killing" should be bannable.
