Time of Violation (in-game or replay): At min 7 clinks buys gem then goes afk at top lane. He then had to hide most of the time since he invested into gem so early in the game. Once he was called out by the team he went to farm alone and died losing gem. He then buys a second gem and does the same thing, dies and loses it. He then goes afk randomly throughout the game without notifying team and not participate in fights. I do not believe he intentionally started the game to ruin however when he was called out for not helping and afking he decided to ruin the game to be spiteful to his team mates.

(3:00) First item gem on clinkz
(11:58) he heads to jungle creep camp till
(13:40) this is where he didn't even try to ww to escape but just afk and died to techie/meep
(17:49) he gets the 2nd gem but chooses to farm jungle! While the whole team was together he was always somewhere else.
(21:00) 4 mins of straight farming in jungl with gem
(23:00) he loses the 2nd one and you can see hes alone again.
Basically after this we lost the motivation to even play.
Any further thoughts:
@iambackk the whole time he had gem he never once grouped up with the team. He chose to afk with gem and died with it, when he should had moved with the team since I(sniper) was pretty fed at this point. He really didn't contribute to the team but was trolling with the usual pegase gameplay. Afk and farm in woods only! His first item was gem on CLINKZ! lOl wtf? How can you farm with just gem knowing its pegase! XD get this troll out of here

Yo this guy will never learn and you need to give him that lengthy ban! Hes been ban plenty this year and last year! Who cares if the amount of people on here is low! These type of players are the ones whos driving away the decent players who actually likes competitive games.

Its a fact that its in these guys nature to just ruin. I rather wait 30-1 hour for a decent game knowing pegase/bobby will not be around. Its a 90/10 with those two! 90 ruin or 10 they will actually play.

I know you can't ban on builds but he buys the most ridiculous items on every hero too.

Think he had perseverance and ogre axe on clinkz for like first 20 mins in the woods.

I think pegase don't want to learn :

the last time you took one month of ban, i will be nice and ban you only one week.

Pegase, you are running to a one year ban, i think you have biggest history in this community.

-Starting game with 0 items,
-Geting gem min 3
-after min 10 afking closely 2 min
-13:46 after trying for 2 min to kill a centaur wood (could used ulti), you finally lost gem like i don't want to said the word.
-16:45 geting new gem, going wood when all team is together + missing 21:00 fight.
-23:00 staying like a plant top lane with meepo tp + dying loosing 2nd gem
-27:00 loosing top tower racks and guess what ? clinkz is into ennemies wood.
-having absolutely useless items, no mana regen items, not a single item finished, everything is wrong in your game, you will soon take advices from bobby.

Also i want to add taht you are 99% using a maphack, i could prove it very fast but to be honest i think maphack should be allowed for you (joke), the way you dodged mines in fog without any vision or arrows without any vision also, if anybody want to check the replay, he will see the truth.
